GVA 2023-24 Testing Waiver Form

This form will serve as evidence of your wish to excuse your child from mandatory state assessments given at Global Village Academy North in spring 2024. This waiver must be filled out every academic year. Please submit one form per student.  
 
This form must be completed by March 15th, 2024, the submission deadline. After that, the form will be closed.
