Calendar: Tentative Girl's Basketball Schedule 

For your student to participate in school sports, the following needs to be completed: 

A Current Physical (Uploaded when registering online)

• A doctor must complete this within this school year

• Due December 15th

Paid Athletic Fee

• The fee is $125 per sport
• Pay online here
• Due January 8th

Uniform Agreement Form

• Form will be given to students during the first week of practices
• OR download it here
