In late May 2026, GVA will take a group of students to Ecuador for an unforgettable journey of cultural and environmental exploration. This trip offers students the unique opportunity to immerse themselves in vibrant local traditions, experience Ecuador's rich biodiversity, and marvel at its breathtaking natural landscapes.
Trip Highlights:
- Stand on the equatorial line and visit the Intiñan Museum to witness the natural forces at work near the equator.
- Explore Baños, visit the Devil’s Cauldron waterfall, hike rainforest trails, enjoy a chocolate workshop, and take a salsa dance lesson
- Experience The Amazon in Tena with a whitewater rafting adventure and visit an indigenous Kichwa community for a night of cultural traditions.
