Semester 1 (Fall) ENCORE Information

Important Dates
  • Classes begin August 18-December 17, 2025  
  • The deadline to register and pay for Semester 1 Encore classes is August 15, 2025
Please Note
  • Classes are offered in a 2-semester format 
  • Payments for classes are now monthly and must be made online.
  • All ENCORE classes take place at GVA.  
  • Class locations will be listed with the front desk staff.
  • If you register for a class and it is dropped you will be contacted by the ENCORE Manager, Angela Krauss, to process your refund or choose another class. 
  • Students are not considered registered and may not participate in class unless a monthly payment plan has been established through PaySimple via the GVA website.
  • ENCORE classes do not take place on Early Release Days or any day when students do not have school.

Are there discounts available? (steps are per student)
  • YES! 30% off tuition for students who qualify for Free and Reduced Lunch (Complete This Waiver) then fill out this form: Discounted ENCORE Class Request
  • Class acceptance is based on availability. You will be contacted via email if there is space in a class you want and a discount code will be shared with you at that time.
