Middle School Athletics

For your student to participate in any sport, the following items will need to be completed: 

Step 1: BEFORE your student comes to try-Outs: Registration and Waiver MUST be completed: (Register and Waiver here)

Step 2: Athletic Fee of $125 (per sport) paid (Online payment here)

Step 3: Current Physical (Upload your physical here)

Step 4: Jersey Agreement form (form here)

The sooner athletes submit their required items, the sooner they receive their uniforms. Uniforms are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Athletes who have not completed steps 2-4 before the first game will not receive a uniform and cannot play until all steps are completed.
