Middle School Athletics

For your student to participate in a sport, the following items will need to be completed: 

Step 1: BEFORE your student comes to Try-Outs: Registration and Waiver MUST be completed: (Register and Waiver here) - Due August 14th

Step 2: Athletic Fee of $125 (per sport) paid (Online payment here) - Due August 25th

Step 3: Current Physical (Upload your physical here) - Due August 25th

Step 4: Jersey Agreement form (form here) - Due August 25th

 

Please note that the sooner the athletes receive their required items, the sooner they will receive their uniforms (first-come, first-served).

  • If they do not complete steps 2-4 before the first game, they will not receive a uniform and will not be allowed to play in any game until the items are complete.
