What is the Community Event Committee?

Purpose

The Committee is a committee of the School Board that operates separately from the PTO.  The committee is made up of parents, teachers, and students striving to create  spaces or events that empower members of the community to regularly participate in community life.

• To work collectively to create an environment of inclusivity in the school community that ensures the diversity of the school is both a fact and a strength.
