What is PTO?
The Global Village Academy North Parent-Teacher Organization (GVA-N PTO) aims to support the mission and vision of the Global Village Academy North school administration, faculty, staff, and families.
The GVA-N PTO shall:
- Establish a working relationship among parents, the school, and the community.
- Enhance the educational experience by supporting academic and enrichment activities through volunteer hours and fundraising.
- Support and work with school improvement teams to promote the best education possible.
- Promote and practice inclusiveness and cultural awareness.
PTO Meetings
Meetings are typically held on the second Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM in the cafeteria.
Donations for Volunteer Hours
Too busy to volunteer? GVA North requests that all families donate 30 hours of volunteer time per year.
- A $50 donation can replace these 30 volunteer hours.
