GVA North Recognized for Excellence at the Colorado Chinese Bridge Competition
On May 3, 2025, several Global Village Academy North students showcased their language and cultural proficiency at the Colorado Chinese Bridge Competition, hosted at GVA Aurora. This annual event celebrates student achievement in Chinese language acquisition through speeches, performances, and cultural knowledge.
We are proud to congratulate the following students for their outstanding accomplishments:

Calvin Hodges (8th Grade) – 1st Place, Middle School Group. Calvin will represent Colorado and GVA North at the Regional Chinese Bridge Competition in Los Angeles.

Ximena Galindo – Merit Award, Middle School Group.

Isabella Carrillo (5th Grade) and Leiyu Kassa (3rd Grade) – 3rd Place, Elementary School Group.
