In parallel, we have been working on a design and construction plan for the build-out. Now that our funds are secured, we plan to break ground the first week of March 2024!

The current anticipated date for occupancy is January 2025. We are excited to give our Puma athletes, musicians, and thespians a place to hone their skills!
