School Performance Framework
Each year, public schools across Colorado receive performance ratings to let them and their communities know how well they are doing. These reports are called School Performance Frameworks (SPFs). The overall ratings assigned are based on achievement and growth on state assessments. Schools are assigned one of four plan types (Turnaround, Priority Improvement, Improvement, and Performance).
GVA North has consistently been rated the highest of the four plan types, Performance. The top 25% of Colorado schools traditionally score 71 points or higher overall on these School Performance Frameworks.
GVA North’s ratings on our last five School Performance Frameworks are below. GVA North’s full School Performance Frameworks can be accessed via SchoolView on the Colorado Department of Education website.
